DAY 1 : ARRIVAL DELHI
On arrival at Delhi, our representative will escort you to the hotel. After check in the Chief Chef of the hotel will brief you on Indian Cookery. Learn how to buy Indian spices in a local market in the evening.
There are many spices used in Indian cooking. In order to understand the preparation of Indian delicacies better, one must be aware about popular spices. Later, enjoy a delightful Indian dinner at the hotel.

DAY 2 : DELHI
Enjoy sightseeing in Delhi after a lavish breakfast. Lunch will be served at a restaurant serving authentic Indian cuisine.
Visit Delhi landmarks such as Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate, Parliament House, Jama Masjid, and Red Fort. After lunch and sightseeing, return to the hotel for a Cookery Demo of a Typical Indian Dinner by the Chief Chef of the hotel. Feast on the dinner thus prepared.

DAY 3 : DELHI - AGRA
Visit the tomb of Akbar at Sikandra en route Agra in the morning. Stop for lunch at a typical highway café or restaurant. On arrival, check in at the hotel and enjoy a brief lecture on Mughlai Cookery.
The Mughal emperors gave India a taste of Mughlai Cuisine. Rich butter-based gravies and dry fruits primarily distinguish the cuisine. Slow cooking and roasting techniques are also followed. Mughlai fare provides delicacies for both non-vegetarian and vegetarians.

DAY 4 : AGRA
Enjoy a hearty breakfast, later, visit sightseeing locales of Agra, such as Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb.
Shah Jahan built the Taj Mahal, an immaculate and stunning monument, after the demise of Mumtaz Mahal, his beloved wife. The Agra Fort is a majestic structure and was the political seat of the Mughal emperors when Agra was the capital of their empire. Also visit Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb.
Enjoy a delicious Mughlai lunch. After sightseeing, dine at the hotel.

DAY 5 : AGRA - JAIPUR
Visit Fatehpur Sikri on the way to Jaipur. After check in at the hotel, enjoy a lip smacking lunch in a restaurant serving authentic Rajasthani fare. Explore the city soon after.
The pink city abounds in architectural delights. The City Palace occupies a large area divided into a series of courtyards, gardens and buildings and a displays perfect harmony of Rajput and Mughal design and architecture. The Jantar Mantar is a royal astronomical observatory.

DAY 6 : JAIPUR
In the morning, embark on an excursion to Amber Fort on elephant back. Afterwards, visit the Turban Museum and a Jaipur Theme Restaurant. Savor Rajasthani fare as you watch it being cooked right before you.
Rajasthani fare is popular across the length and breadth of India. The cuisine is largely vegetarian. Chaats, snacks and desserts of Rajasthan are extremely famous. Some of its delicacies are Raj Kachori, Daal Baati Churma, Gatte ki Sabzi, Ghevar, Rabri, Malpua, and more.
The chef will cook a traditional Rajasthani meal describing the herbs and spices in the process. Enjoy the meal you prepared.

DAY 7 : JAIPUR - DELHI DEPARTURE
Enjoy a lavish breakfast in the morning. Drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival, transfer to the airport and board a flight to your home country.
