Just 2 km from the city, on the road leading to Mandore is the Mahamandir Temple, which was erected way back in the year 1812. This is a huge beautiful temple, with amazingly carved 84 pillars. The pillars and the walls of this temple are adorned with beautiful traditional motifs. Mahamandir temple comprises of excellently carved sculptures in yogic postures.
