Around 10 km from Jodhpur, Takhat Sagar Lake has the Takhat Sagar Hills in its background. This beautiful lake also houses a Siddhnath Shiv temple in its middle. Not only this lake is a popular attraction but so is this temple, which every year, attracts an amazing number of devotees. Takhat Sagar Lake has been named after Maharaja Takhat Singh, an erstwhile king of Jodhpur during the 19th century.
